hey...we've all gotta start somewhere.

I decided today that after about 5 years of weight watching (and by that I mean watching the set of 10lb dumbbells sit on my floor gathering dust) that it was time I started lifting them again (other than to vacuum around them)

After some bicep curling, overhead rowing, lateral raising and bench pressing I decided i'd throw in a few sets up push ups for good measure...

...well one set...

...of two.
